We’re back together for a script reading and discussion evening at Heene Community Centre on Thursday 17th September.

Bob Summers has sent out details of the meeting and COVID requirements. Just a reminder:

We will all be required to sign in on arrival, leaving names and telephone numbers and these records will be locked away in their safe for 14 days, after which, (provided no track and trace measures are needed) they will be shredded in accordance with GDPR Regulations.  Obviously, if you are suffering from any Covid-19 symptoms, you must stay away.

As per Heene’s venue regulations, ‘Please ensure that you follow the guidelines that we have implemented, to ensure the health and welfare of all users of the Centre. Please use face covering/masks and hand sanitisers. Also, follow the floor markings and keep your social distance of at least 1 metre’.

As per government regulations, ‘On entering a community facility users will be required to wear a face covering, and will be required to keep it on, unless covered under a ‘reasonable excuse’. This could be for a gym class, if users need to eat or drink something, or if they have a health or disability reason to not wear one. Face coverings can be removed if users are undertaking exercise or an activity where it would negatively impact their ability to do so.’
