February’s club meeting on 21st was a practical evening, focused on filming an interview. Our esteemed member and raconteur, Michael Boddington, talked about his varied life, and answered questions about it, giving members an opportunity to make a filmed interview.
Club cameras, sound recording equipment and lights were on hand to use. The aim was to give members an opportunity to practice their skills at filming an interview situation, with the aim of producing an edited maximum 15-minute film, which will be screened at the club meeting on 17th. April. Many members took part in the set-up and filming. Let’s see how many edited finished films are produced!
This was an excellent evening – not only as a practical exercise but also because Michael proved to be such an entertaining and dedicated raconteur. Many thanks Michael – let’s hope there are some great movies in store to mark the occasion and give you something to look back on in years to come!
