Our first face-to-face club get-together for such a long time, was our 2021 barbecue. The weather was hot and sunny, the location was ideal as usual (Howard’s large garden), and the food delicious. 
What a way to re-commence our club actives now, during the lifting of lockdown restrictions. We had to set a limit of 30 of course, and in the event 28 members and guests attended. It was great to personally meet up again face-to-face after so many Zoom meetings. 
Many thanks to Howard and Chris for hosting the event again, in their garden; thanks to our social co-ordinator Pauline for organising the event and pulling it all together; thanks to Howard and Roy for cooking the food for us; and thanks to those who helped on the day, to make it an extremely enjoyable time for all.
